The Large Trauma Kit NOW! is a larger version of the Trauma Kit NOW! designed to hold contents of the USMC IFAK.

The TKN consists of two main components – the outer MOLLE pouch and a removable inner supply carriage. The pouch is slightly tapered to make for easy removal, despite how full or empty the inner carriage may be. The inner carrier is deployed by pulling the reinforced tab up and out of the outer pouch and can be operated with one hand or one finger.

The inner carriage consists of six rows of various sized heavy-duty elastic loops to keep medical essentials secure but visible. A center loop field can be used to secure pill packs or other smaller items with sticky hook tape (not included). The top flap of the carriage can be closed and secured with hook and loop to keep the carriage closed to pass off to a teammate in need.

A single column of MOLLE on top of the flap can hold a Helium Whisper® Single Pistol pouch for a flashlight, multi-tool, or the Tourniquet NOW!™ Strap and also has a pattern matched loop field for blood type or other medical patches.

The Patent pending Helium Whisper® attachment system is compatible with all MOLLE platforms and built with a combat tested, high performance laminate that reduces weight up to 60% while equaling or exceeding the durability of 1000d CORDURA®.
